EE/PDP

Hello!

We have received a few questions about the PDP and EE renewal process. Unfortunately, neither Angie nor Sheila know much about it. However, here is what we found on the DPI website in regards to that:  https://dpi.wi.gov/tepdl/pdp/faq#17.

End of the Year Submission

Hello!

In the realm of things that might not make sense, but we still need to do it, this came from Dr. LaPierre today:

  • Teacher Effectiveness Cycle Evidence Summary Form:  Every teacher needs to submit this at the end of the year.  When you submit, you will get a message that says “This form is blank.” You should click “OK.”  (It does this because all data to this form flows there automatically and you do not have to physically add any data there - you just need to submit.    For each teacher, this will need to say “Complete” rather than “In Progress” or “Incomplete.”  Any of these that are not submitted/complete prevents the ENTIRE district from being able to rollover.

Additionally:

  • Teachers should not try to get a “jump start” this summer by completing items in My Learning Plan before August 15, including Teacher Self Reflection, PPG, etc.  If so, you run a high risk of losing anything you entered before that date.

Best wishes for a great end of the year!

Sheila
